Transplantation — Building Density Graft by Graft

Density is built rather than dropped in. This clip shows units being seated one after another across an area of the recipient zone, close enough together to read as full hair but spaced so each graft keeps its own blood supply.

A typical session places between 1,500 and 3,500 grafts this way over four to eight hours, which is why the procedure runs long and why graft handling time is tracked so carefully.
