Graft Placement — Angling the Recipient Sites

Recipient site creation is the part of the procedure that decides whether a result reads as natural. The clip shows sites being made and grafts placed along the frontal zone, each one oriented to match the direction the existing hair already grows.

Angle, depth and density are set graft by graft. Too shallow and the follicle is lost; too steep and the hair stands away from the scalp instead of lying with the rest of it.
